It has a population of about 8000 people, and there isn’t a lot going on there which is why you probably never heard of it. Because Seffner is such a small town, there aren’t many big chain corporate restaurant options available. Most of those can be found about 20 minutes away in Tampa. There are dining options available however, and if you aren’t interested in making that 20 minute drive, one alternative is to dine at Hungry Harry’s Barbecue Restaurant.
The main food options available at Hungry Harry’s Barbecue Restaurant is of course barbecue. While all of the dishes get rave reviews, the most popular item on their menu is their barbecue ribs. According to several reviews, these ribs are simply to die for. If you’re a fan of ribs, odds are you will enjoy your visit to Hungry Harry’s.
Hungry Harry’s is located at 2006 South Parsons Avenue in Seffner, and is open seven days a week from 10:30 AM until 9 PM. The staff is very friendly and strives to make all guests will welcome. The restaurant is also available for catering.
After you’ve gotten your belly full and you’re looking for a place to unwind and relax and have a good time, check out Kelly’s Hideaway bar. If high energy dance clubs filled with younger folks isn’t your cup of tea, you’ll probably enjoy the laid-back environment at Kelly’s. Because the crowd typically trends to that of an older clientele, you won’t have to worry about fights breaking out over stupid things like often happens in bars and clubs.
Kelly’s Hideaway is located at 1425 E US Highway 92, and is open seven days a week. On Mondays, the bar is open them 12 AM to 3 AM and then reopens again from 10 AM until 3 PM. On Tuesdays through Fridays, the hours are 10 AM until 3 PM. On Saturday, the bar is open from 10 AM until 3 AM, and on Sunday from 12 PM until 3 AM.
While not as numerous as those found in larger cities, even small towns like Seffner Florida have entertainment options. If you ever find yourself in the area, check out the two locations above while there. Chances are you’ll be glad you did.
